英格索兰公司 CENTAC离心空气压缩机 (多轴内齿轮传动组合式离心压缩机)输出流量 720 ~ 51000 m3/h，压力0.7~22.5kg/cm2。其特点如下：

1、完整的整机组装

压缩机本体、电动机、级间冷却器、后冷却器、微机控制柜、进气控制阀、油润滑系统及旁通阀等全部安装在同一底盘上；级间冷却器同扩压器组合联装在一起；结构紧揍，安排合理，易于安装及操作。

2、先进的空气动力学应用

CENTAC机组采用三元后弯叶片来达到最佳工作状态及最高效率，且在操作时还可远离喘振点，使得操作范围宽和效率高，叶轮为铸不锈钢切削加工而成，强度高能适应高线速度，五维电脑控制机床加工精度高。

独立运转叶轮，每个叶轮安装在一短轴上各由一驱动齿轮带动，使每级叶轮在各自最佳状态运行而达到高效率，每级叶轮转速及空气压缩量合理匹配，以确保每台 CENTAC机组在最低的使用成本下达到最高效率。

3、先进的轴承

CENTAC轴承间距小，每个转子均做精密动平衡测试，配有可倾瓦轴承，油膜润滑，轴承磨损小。

4、密 封

CENTAC采用套管式石墨密封浮环分别用于气、油封，这些密封具有良好的自润滑性，无油，比迷宫式密封更少泄漏等特点。另外，在密封环间还可中间注入密封空气加强密封效果以保证所供气体绝对无油。

5、高效的气体冷却器

CENTAC采用独特的高效套筒式空气冷却器 (专利技术)，空气走管程，冷却水走管外，冷却管内壁带特殊内翅片，大大增加换热能力以达到高效率及低压力损失。

6、超级空气予过滤器

CENTAC可提供多种标准的空气过滤器，可达到 4微米、 2微米、 0.5微米级，专为制药、生化、食品等工业直接提供高品质的洁净空气。

7、恒压缩制

绝大多数用户均要求其工厂的压缩空气压力稳定； CENTAC机组采用调制式控制来保持输出压力恒定，当多台机组并联供气时还可选择全自动供气控制以节省动力消耗。

8、运行控制

CENTAC机组具有优良操作控制系统；包括标准控制和保护系统；整个控制系统可直接与DCS终端联络，根据数据进行操作和控制。
